1. Why We Display PR / Sponsored Notices
Under Japan’s stealth marketing rule (Article 5, Item 3 of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations), advertisers must clearly indicate when content is sponsored. Even though Tabibito Port is operated by an individual, we follow the same standard so that readers can always distinguish between independent editorial content and paid promotion.

While affiliate revenue helps us run this site, our crowd forecasts, ratings, and recommendations are based on publicly available data (Queue-Times.com wait times, Japan Meteorological Agency weather data, official park pricing) and personal experience — not on advertiser influence.
