These Terms of Service (hereinafter “these Terms”) set out the conditions for using the website “Tabibito Port” (https://tabibitoport.com/, hereinafter “this Site”), operated by Yukimaru (hereinafter the “Operator”). All persons using this Site (hereinafter “Users”) must use it on the basis that they agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Services Provided)

This Site is an informational website that provides crowd forecasts, travel information, and related useful content about Tokyo Disney Resort (Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea), LEGOLAND Japan, Universal Studios Japan, and other major theme parks.
This Site is an independent, individually operated, unofficial information site and has no relationship with Oriental Land Co., Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, LEGOLAND® Japan Co., Ltd., Merlin Entertainments Group, LEGO Juris A/S (the LEGO Group), USJ LLC, NBCUniversal, Nintendo Co., Ltd., Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., Peanuts Worldwide LLC, Sesame Workshop, or any of their affiliates.
This Site is not registered as a travel agency under Japan’s Travel Agency Act and does not provide travel booking, reservation agency services, or paid travel consulting.

The Operator is not liable for any damages (including changes to travel plans, cancellation fees, lost opportunities, or any other damages) arising from a User’s use of information on this Site.

Specification changes, outages, or service discontinuation by these third parties may temporarily disable some or all features of this Site. The Operator bears no liability for any damages arising from such situations.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following when using this Site:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Unauthorized access to or excessive load on this Site’s servers or network (including bulk access via crawlers, scraping, or automated retrieval programs)
Unauthorized reproduction, republication, modification, commercial use, or other copyright infringement of this Content (articles, images, calendars, forecast data, etc.)
Trademark infringement through unauthorized use of this Site’s or related trademarks, logos, etc.
Acts that interfere with the business of the Operator or any third party (including defamation, dissemination of false information, or business obstruction)
Impersonating the Operator, other Users, or third parties
Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling this Site’s source code, calendar plugins, or other systems
Redistributing or reselling information obtained through this Site for commercial purposes without the Operator’s prior consent
Any other conduct the Operator reasonably determines to be inappropriate for site operations

Article 8 (Termination and Suspension)

If a User violates the preceding article (Prohibited Conduct) or any other provision of these Terms, the Operator may, without prior notice, restrict or block the User’s access to this Site, or delete content posted by the User (including information submitted via the contact form).
The Operator bears no liability for any damages incurred by the User or any third party as a result of such measures.
The Operator may take legal action (including injunction, damages, or criminal complaint) against Users who violate these Terms as needed.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary.
The revised Terms take effect when posted on this Site. For material changes, we will provide notice on this Site.
By using this Site after a revision, Users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute between the Operator and a User regarding use of this Site or these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
