On our forecast, November looks busy even on weekdays. The calmer days are weekdays in the first half and after the Labor Thanksgiving three-day weekend.
“Disney Christmas” begins on Wednesday, November 11, but the menus, the “Jolly Food Plaza” in front of Cinderella Castle (our English rendering) and Country Bear Theater “Jingle Bell Jamboree” start on November 1. For the parade and fireworks, go from the 11th.

On our forecast, early-December weekdays are relatively calm, while the Saturdays before Christmas and the year-end look busier. Those weekdays are also the cheapest December days (table below).
December 4: no night parade and no Christmas fireworks
Friday, December 4 runs 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, and the official closure info lists both Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights and “Starbright Christmas” as suspended.
If the night parade or fireworks are what you came for, choose another date; for a daytime-only visit, it’s still one of December’s cheapest days.
